MLS reports and charts for June 2009, compared to June 2008 show prices on single family residences down 25%, but just starting to inch up. Inventories of single family homes are down 26%. With real data showing market improvement on the upside, indications are that there will never be a better time to buy a home in Palm Beach County, Florida than now!
