Marilyn's Recent Home Sales









Marilyn recently went into contract on two Polo Club homes within hours of listing them, one in CRYSTAL BAY and one in VILLE DE CAPRI. Her listing in Valencia Falls, closed 2-24-06, for the highest price sold in the community according to MLS service listings.

Her listing in The Glens on Boca del Mar Drive was under contract this past week.

New Board: Elder Affairs Advisory Board

City Council has a new forum, Elder Affairs Advisory Board, one of 25 boards. The purpose is to raise awareness of services and health issues pertinent to age 50+ residents. 7 City Residents will be chosen for this Board from applications. The Board will make policy and program recommendations that would support seniors’ needs and improve their quality of life. Applications can be submitted to the City’ Clerk’s Office. MIZNER BARK – THE BOCA RATON DOG PARK

Parking permit required – free to residents who prove residency


Dogs are allowed to run off-leash; must be at least 4 months old and vaccinated; must display current license on their collars

Benches located throughout the park, No restrooms

Water fountain, wash station, handicap access, trash cans

Doggie bags for waste available at 6 stations throughout park – owners are expected to pick up after their dog

No smoking

Property is fenced – one acre for large dogs, one acre for small dogs

Leash your dog prior to entering park and before leaving

Address aggressive behavior immediately and curtail

Children must be at least 4’ tall and supervised by an adult. No running or chasing dogs; only pet with owner’s permission

Dog toys, leashes, etc. left in park will be discarded at the end of the day

Soft drinks and water allowed; no food

No professional dog trainers can use facility for training

DOG OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO, THE ACTIONS OF THEIR DOG AND ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY CAUSED BY SAME.
