Marilyn recently went into contract on two Polo Club homes within hours of listing them, one in CRYSTAL BAY and one in VILLE DE CAPRI. Her listing in Valencia Falls, closed 2-24-06, for the highest price sold in the community according to MLS service listings.
Her listing in The Glens on Boca del Mar Drive was under contract this past week.

One very nice advantage of living in the Boca Country Club is that membership to the Boca Raton Resort Hotel and Beach Club are included in the membership fees.
