MEMORIAL DAY OBSERVANCES

At 9:30 am on Memorial Day, Monday May 26^th, join the Veterans Coalition of South Florida at Veteran’s Park for the annual Memorial Day program honoring armed services veterans. There will be a procession of colors, guest speakers and patriotic music. Bring lawn chairs. Veteran’s Park is located at 900 West Palmetto Park Road between Lyons Road and US Highway 441 in West Boca Raton.

Boca Raton has a population of 82,485, was named 30th BEST PLACE TO LIVE in the US and #1 in FLORIDA for 2006. There are 2,685 restaurants within 15 miles, and 101 public golf courses within 30 miles. Within 15 miles there are 29 libraries and 7 museums within 30 miles. Median age is 42 ½.

There are 700 different neighborhoods ranging from upscale gated golfing equity and waterfront communties to affordable condos.
