Just north of Delray’s historic (but rundown) train
station at 1720 Depot Avenue, Wood Partners just purchased 12.3 acres of
land. Wood is an Atlanta-based builder
of multifamily projects.
A seven-building rental apartment complex with 284 units,
71 of which will be affordable housing,
are in the plans, to be built.
There will also be a 7500 sq ft clubhouse.
