Boca Raton has a population of 82,485, was named 30th BEST PLACE TO LIVE in the US and #1 in FLORIDA for 2006. There are 2,685 restaurants within 15 miles, and 101 public golf courses within 30 miles. Within 15 miles there are 29 libraries and 7 museums within 30 miles. Median age is 42 ½.

There are 700 different neighborhoods ranging from upscale gated golfing equity and waterfront communties to affordable condos. Along the oceanfront and intracoastal waterway there are sumptuous homes and ultra-luxurious condos. There is a historic district featuring Addison Mizner style homes and 5 miles of sandy beaches.
