The Zillow chart for Boca Raton transactions from 2006 to 3-31-2010 still shows a downward price trend. In 2006, index showed a value of $470,000. On 3-31-2010 value is about $255,000. Average price is $256,200 which represents a year-over-year decline of 4.2%.
